As a Regional Account Executive for ETS Dental my one and only priority is to match dental practices, general or specialty, with the right candidates. Finding that right candidate takes patience. It helps to understand each candidate’s unique personality, area of expertise and both short and long term goals. During any given week I network with hundreds of dental offices and clinics in Florida and the southwest region of the United States, as well as interview candidates from all over the US, Canada and really, the world.
I have over 15 years background in marketing and advertising. This has allowed me to travel extensively in and outside of the United States. I lived in Colorado up through my college days, attended Fort Lewis College and University of Colorado, Boulder. During that time, I had an opportunity to familiarize myself with the great states of the southwest, UT, AZ, NM, TX as well as, KS, OK and MO. I’ve also lived outside of the US. I spent 6 years in New Zealand. Two of my three children were born there. Since moving east, I have traveled to Florida on several occasions, love the climate and look forward to vacations there.
My passion is to help businesses, like your practice, grow. I look forward to each and every networking call I make.
