Carl is a Regional Account Executive and Dental Recruiter for ETS Dental. He has been serving as a Dental Recruiter since August 2007.
As a Regional Account Executive for ETS Dental, my one and only priority is to match general dentistry practices with great general dentist candidates. During any given week I network with hundreds of dental offices and clinics in the Western and Midwestern region of the United States. I also have contact with hundreds of candidates from all over the U.S., including Canada. I take what I do very seriously and look forward to each and every networking call I make.
I have been with ETS Dental since 2007, and I have made thousands of contacts across the country. It is a real pleasure to place General Dentists with Practices where they will grow and have a great career. Many have even gone onto partnerships or complete buy-outs.
I have a B.A. in Marketing and Legal Studies from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Shortly thereafter, I moved to Roanoke, VA to pursue a career as a non-profit organization executive. I was able to develop a variety of skills such as networking, fundraising, recruiting, project planning, sales, and more. I was with the organization for four years.
I am very happy to be a part of the ETS Dental family and I enjoy working side-by-side with some of the best dental recruiters in the country.
