I am responsible for finding and placing Dental Team Members: Hygienist, Assistants, Lab Technicians, Office Managers, and Front Office Personnel with top practices in DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA, and WV. After spending 14 valuable years at Allstate Insurance Company performing Executive Administrative duties, traveling across the country as a Company Trainer, and being Human Resources Liaison, I attained a wealth of knowledge that I apply to my current position as a Specialized Recruiter. Additionally, I have been involved in Sales and turned challenge into good opportunity while Human Resources Manager for a Nursing Home/Rehabilitation Center.
