It is an honor to be a part of the ETS Dental Team. We are a thriving group who enjoys successful placement activity in the Dental Field and beyond. When you contact ETS Dental, your total office staffing needs can be met. We find and place the full Dental gamut from Dentist and Specialist to all Dental Support Staff. We do this with highly intelligent and motivated individuals who work with a spirit of excellence.
After a notable year starting up the Dental Staff segment, I now support the on-boarding process. It is my desire to see our Dental Staff Recruiters perform remarkably as they enhance the lives of our valuable candidates and clients. We will continue to raise the bar and achieve 'next levels'. It is gratifying to be able to unite a thriving practice with a remarkable individual. With our support, initiating a career change or adding a staff member becomes an enjoyable experience as we are able to professionally access and match both client and applicant needs.
Coupled with on-boarding the Dental Staff segment, I also manage our Human Resources Department. It's a privilege to see contented team members who enjoy coming to work, managing their desks, overcoming obstacles, assisting others and growing their territories. Ensuring that procedures, benefits, tracking mechanisms (and so much more) are in place to promote a wholesome environment is a main component of my responsibility. The diversity of my career at ETS is fantastic!
Career achievements, life experiences and a balanced attitude play an intricate part in my skill sets. After spending 14 valuable years at Allstate Insurance Company performing Executive Administrative duties, traveling across the country as a Company Trainer, and being Human Resources Liaison, I attained a wealth of knowledge that I apply to my current positions. Additionally, I have been involved in Sales and turned challenge into good opportunity while Human Resources Manager for a Rehabilitation Center. One of my most stimulating opportunities is serving an array of people, who want a hand up, as a leader in Ministry.
Because of my faith, I am dedicated and diligent about success and I look forward to building good, solid rapports, supporting our team members, and enhancing the lives of others.
