I have been recruiting Dentists and Dental Specialists for independent practices across the country since 2003. I participated in the placement of over 50 Dentists in 2004 alone. Currently, I serve as Regional Recruiting Director focusing on the traditional SRTA board states as well as the independent board states in the Southeastern United States, not including Florida. I have developed extensive contacts in the region that I use to uncover exceptional candidates and top tier practices.

Before doing full cycle recruiting, I was responsible for marketing ETS Dental’s services to practices across the country. My clients enjoy the benefits of my experience dealing with Associate, Partner, and Buyer searches from the practice point of view and appreciate the unique perspective I can offer on practice transition trends and strategies. I have made over 10,000 calls to candidates and practices to establish a network of potential referrals for my clients.

I have a BS in Psychology from Virginia Tech and reside in Roanoke, Virginia with my wife Heather and our three sons Cyrus, Gideon and Abel.
