We do not charge an upfront fee to conduct a search.
If you are truly interested in finding the right person to join your practice, we will conduct a focused search for you with no upfront fee. We only get paid for performance--by finding the right person to join your practice.
We do not require an exclusive relationship with the client practice to do a search.
There is no obligation for you to use us as the sole source for finding candidates. Practices often tell us we have provided them with more qualified candidates than they have ever seen from any other source.
We do not charge a percentage of the value of the practice if a candidate buys in/out.
We work on a flat fee basis. Our fees are based on the candidate’s experience and whether they have a patient following. Brokers often charge 10% of the value of the practice even if a Dentist/Specialist buys in years after joining the practice. With ETS Dental, you are free to choose and work with your own Accountant, Attorney, Consultant, or Practice Management firm to handle any practice transition issues. We specialize in finding the right person--no more, no less. We do not rely on traditional methods to find the right Associate candidate.
- We make at least 500 cold recruiting calls weekly. Many of the candidates we bring you were not actively looking for a job when we first came in contact with them.
- We recruit out of every GPR, AEGD and Specialty Residency in the country.
- We have an active candidate database that allows us to stay in contact with thousands of Dentists and Specialists who have previously expressed an interest in hearing about new opportunities. Many times the successful candidate is someone we interviewed three years ago when they were in Dental School.
- We actively make contact with Military Dentists and Specialists who will be ending their commission in the next few months or years.
- Roughly two-thirds of our candidates relocate. These are Dentists and Specialists you would not find through networking or running ads in local papers or journals.
- We capitalize on advanced Internet search techniques to locate potential candidates. If Dentists place their information on the internet anywhere in the country, it goes into our database. We then contact and screen them immediately.
- You will find our postings on dozens of national and dental specific job sites.
