Established Multi-Specialty practice located in the Dayton, OH, area is looking to add a full-time Endodontist to step into a full-time schedule from day 1. The practice has state of the art facilities and technology, and is producing about $1.5-2 million currently, and is only going to grow in the next few years. The practice is in a very upscale part of the city, with high end clients, and with a referral base extending from Cincinnati to Columbus, it’s an excellent market to be an Endodontist in.

Practice Description

  • Excellent practice, 2 locations, privately owned
  • Located in an upscale part of Dayton
  • Modern office with well-trained staff and state of the art equipment
  • Well managed practice
  • Strong referral base is in place, spanning 2 major cities

Responsibilities of the Endodontist.

  • Build and maintain patient relationships through personable and friendly chair-side manner
  • Provide general, bread and butter Endodontic procedures, be personable to both patients and other employees
  • Respect practice philosophies and other doctors, and be dedicated to providing a superior patient experience
  • Maintain an excellent reputation in the area

Requirements

  • Excellent people skills
  • DMD or DDS degree
  • Excellent proficiency and knowledge of requisite procedural skills
  • Must have an active Ohio dental license or be able to obtain one
  • Must have an Endodontics Certification from an accredited US program
