Established implant driven private practice in the greater Wilmington, NC area is looking to add a Periodontist to the office, initially operating on a 3-day per week schedule, before transitioning to a full-time role. This would be an associateship role with a partnership track. The practice is well furnished with state of the art equipment, has a steady patient flow, and is conveniently at a single location to eliminate travel between multiple offices. An ideal fit would be someone who is ambitious, wanting to build a career in the area, capable of performing at least 4-6 surgeries per day, and is able to maintain a strong collegial relationship with both patients and employees alike.

Practice Description:

  • Excellent, doctor owned private practice.
  • High producing, averaging about $2.3 million annually, doing a blend of implants and bread and butter periodontics.
  • Modern office with well-trained staff and state of the art equipment.
  • Well managed practice with a very friendly, collegial environment.
  • Referrals are mostly internal, though someone willing to market themselves is always preferred.
