Established multi-specialty practice near the Houston, TX, area is looking to add a part-time Associate Endodontist. Office is well maintained, with modern equipment including endodontic microscopes and a CBCT scanner, and will allow the practitioner to use their preferred equipment. Practice is well run and is incredibly flexible. The practice offers competitive pay, benefits, and a full schedule of patients.

Practice Description

  • Endodontist will only practice out of a single location.
  • Located just outside of Houston, TX metro area
  • Modern office with well-trained staff and state of the art equipment
  • Excellent facilities with 14 operatories, 3 for the Endodontist.
  • Steady referral base in place, handling mostly in house cases. No marketing required.

Responsibilities of the Endodontist.

  • Build and maintain patient relationships through personable and friendly chair-side manner
  • Provide general, bread and butter Endodontic procedures, be personable to both patients and other employees
  • Respect practice philosophies and other doctors, and be dedicated to providing a superior patient experience
  • Maintain an excellent reputation in the area

Requirements

  • Excellent people skills
  • DMD or DDS degree
  • Excellent proficiency and knowledge of requisite procedural skills
  • Must have an active Texas dental license or be able to obtain one
  • Must have an Endodontics Certification from an accredited US program

Compensation for the Endodontist

  • Compensation is very lucrative and competitive, with 50% of adjusted production
