ETS is pursuing a Recruiting/Sales Professional capable of stepping into a Recruiter/Account Executive role with our medical healthcare recruiting team after a 4- 6 month training period within our Recruiter Support team. ● Source, target, recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates while using a multitude of techniques
● Create and execute consistent communication for developing candidate and client relationships on a scheduled basis
● Qualify candidates through detailed interviews to assess skills, abilities and experience
● Develop advisory relationships with clients and become an expert in the medical healthcare industry
● Create and use recruiting and marketing voicemail scripts as one means of targeting excellent candidates and client hiring authorities
● Sharing of best practices and set-backs with our team of Recruiters/Account Executives

● Hunter’s mentality. Sales, negotiation, and/or medical practice management experience is a plus
● Any medical healthcare industry knowledge is preferred, i.e., awareness of medical practice and/or hospital operations, healthcare regulations, or experience working with medical providers
● Excellent phone presence, listening skills & strong follow-up strengths
● Solid work-ethic and planning skills
● Writing & proofing should be a strong suit
● Target, metric, and results driven; able to work well under pressure
● Microsoft office & technology savvy, professional social media, & internet searching abilities
● Motivated, disciplined, organized, mature professional
